PRODUCT GUARANTEE:
If your gift basket arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Due to health and safety regulations, any gift baskets containing food products cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-perishable gifts may be exchanged by the recipient for an item of equal value, based on availability. Shipping for exchanged merchandise is the responsibility of the recipient.
Merchandise must be returned to our head office by the recipient; a credit (less delivery charges) will be issued to the original purchaser.
PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION:
Under certain circumstances it may be necessary to substitute an item in a gift basket. smitten creative boutique reserves the right to make such substitutions, while ensuring the quality and presentation of the basket is not compromised. Any substitutions will be made with products of equal or greater value. Containers may be substituted with those of equal or greater value in rare circumstances only.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please allow 1-3 business days for Ontario and Quebec, 4-7 business days for the remainder of Canada and 7-9 business days for delivery to the United States. During the busy Holiday Season these delivery windows do not apply.
Delivery charges are extra and will vary depending on delivery location. All deliveries are made via Purolator, UPS or Canada Post ground. Carrier will be verified with confirmation. smitten creative boutique delivers across Canada and ships Non-Food Items into the United States.
smitten creative boutique will securely package all gifts, but cannot ensure against damage to bottles, ceramics, or other breakable items, delivered by courier. smitten creative boutique assumes no liability for gift items deemed lost or delivered late by our carriers.
CORPORATE ORDERS:
Corporate multiple orders require a 75% non refundable deposit. Balance of payment must be made prior to scheduled delivery; otherwise the order will not be shipped. Corporate single orders must be paid in full at the time of the initial order unless corporate invoicing has been approved.
CAN I ADD A BOTTLE OF WINE TO MY GIFT BASKET?
Due to LCBO regulations, we cannot add alcohol to a gift basket or ship a basket containing alcohol with our couriers. A great alternative is to add an LCBO gift card to your basket so your recipient can choose their own favourite label or brand whenever they choose. Gift cards can be purchased in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 and never expire. A $5.00 service fee applies to all gift card purchases.
